IntellaPatch Series 3000 switches support up to eight IntellaFlex Packet Aggregator blades in the eight-blade chassis, offering a total of 288 ports in a single chassis – the highest port density available.

Depending on configuration, IntellaFlex blades offer 256 ports of 1G aggregation and 96 ports of 10G aggregation in a single chassis – designed to achieve the scalability required for larger network infrastructures.

The IntellaPatch switching line is available in several chassis sizes, which share a common family of blades and allow users to customize their mix of ports. Users can choose a higher density of copper or fiber Ethernet, or more 10G versus 1G. This also offers users the ability to save money by utilizing smaller chassis in lower port count locations and larger chassis for higher density requirements.
